Sea Peoples

Probably my favourite Biblical warriors. Don't know why I took so long to get some on here. Too many other distractions. Together with some of best ever Perry/Foundry sculpts are the new Sea Peoples from North Star 28mm new Chariot range. I think they blend together very well.

  4. They do look very nice together, Colin. BTW, appears you may have used the stain/dip process on these, no? Seeing your work inspires me to paint up some BTD Sherden Guardsmen that have been collecting dust. Best, Dean

  7. Oh, BTW.

Which colours do you use for your basing? It looks very convincing.

  9. Thanks for comment s guys. Sea Peoples do seem one of most popular chariot period ranges.
Dean... Army painter again. I do sometimes highlight block colours like the blue reed helmets which is very quick and effective.
Sebastien...basing is very simple. Builders sand/sharp sand here in uk from DIY store...so all colour including white stones straight from bag with small very light sand highlight only then sme flock etc added.
Cyrus... very happy with mix even though North star slightly larger. Wonder what else will be added to this new range??

    Happy New All.

  12. Christopher...are you using these for Troy? They should fit in great with other ranges for this period.
